Taking your Valentine out for opera is now becoming a tradition! Opera del West had such an enthusiastic audience last year that we’re doing it again, with two comic One Act operas about finding love in all the wrong places.

Pergolesi’s La Serva Padrona is about a maid who tricks her master into loving her, while Menotti’s The Telephone finds a man unable to propose to his girlfriend because of her phone addiction.

There will be love, laughter, and beautiful singing, and our traditional champagne toast with the audience. Produced by Rebecca Grimes and Eve Budnick.
